World Health Organization (WHO) was founded on April 7th, 1948 so every year World Health Day focuses attention on a specific topic of concern to people all over the world.
Today's slogan is ‘our planet, our health’, trying to think of a world in which air and water and food are fully available with countries strongly committed to health and well-being.
World Health Organization's task is to put in place actions able to keep humans and the planet healthy as more than 13 million deaths around the world each year are due to avoidable environmental causes.
