Information and communication technologies are crucial in providing tools to boost economic development and support all countries. Information and communication technologies' role is to find out the right methods to break barriers to development all over the world.

In fact, the current situation is presenting big differences between countries due to difficulties in access to technologies, information, level of connectivity, and education. In several countries, in the world guarantee, broadband connectivity is a matter of discussing and also quite impossible to achieve.

But a worldwide development is also passing through equal opportunities is terms of access to information thanks to a robust system of information and communication technologies.

To achieve above purposes, in 1972 United Nations General Assembly established World Development Information Day on October 24^th to draw the attention of the world to development problems and the need to strengthen international cooperation to solve them.
